IPM With Certifications

IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Program is an important part of Food, Pharma, Packaging, Hospitals, Hotels, Energy, Textiles industries etc. and at all multi stories buildings/offices. This Program manages the pest management and helps preventing contamination to raw materials, finished goods, and work environment. This Program helps meeting the standards of ISO-14001 & 22000, BRC, AIB and others.

IPM Program is specially designed by the Fumicon’s professionals with their 4 decades experience behind. Pest Technicians are fully trained on IPM and are certified by PPMA (Pakistan Pest Management Association). Continue trainings to all Fumicon’s professionals involved in IPM Program produces close to 100% results in controlling pest.

IPM Program is a joint efforts of Fumicon and employer’s management. They both work as owners. Road maps of implementing this Program involves following steps.

1. Inspection of site by qualified professionals.
2. Identify the key pests.
3. Identify the pest targeted areas.
4. Birds identification and control techniques.
5. Rodent identification and designing controlling techniques.
6. Inspection of buildings and area for Gap Analysis.
7. Initial controlling program depending on pest behavior and biology.
8. Documentation as per the requirement of Auditors and Inspection Agencies.
9. Assigning a Program Controller one each from Fumicon and Employer.
10. Awareness Program for Employer’s staff involved in entire Program, from Executives to end user.
11. Designing a Safety Program, as one of the essential part of IPM.
12. Distribution of Fumicon and Employer’s responsibilities during the IPM Program.
13. Designing a Self-Inspection Program to be in practice, throughout.
14. Continue Technical support and training programs for employer’s staff involved.
15. Fumicon’s full support during the external audit.
